QUALITY DOCUMENTATION
We take pride in our quality metrics and manual.
We are ISO9000 and AS9100 compliant and are on track to be dual certified in 2009. Our MRP, Documentation and Quality Systems are revision sensitive and linked for configuration management.
Production kits are issued to the floor with a work order that details material lots, assembler and auditor signoffs. The kits are also accompanied by documentation, which includes customer drawings, specifications, assembly instructions with embedded IPC standards and photographs to ensure consistency. All tools are maintained and calibrated per IPC620 standards.
Quality audit records and productivity reports are analyzed weekly as part of our quality metrics. We guarantee the products we ship meet customer specs via simulation, calibration and certification tests. Inspection and test equipment include Horizon 1500 circuit / hi-pot testers, Cirris Signature Touch 1, Fluke handheld meters and 4x power microscopes. Tests and certifications are available to customers for 7 years.
Our documented training program is tied to IPC620 standards. Both hands-on training and IPC620 manual instruction are tracked to ensure our work force is trained and qualified.
We use the IPC/WHMA-A 610 and IPC/WHMA-A 620 standards for workmanship acceptability as a default.
