How long have you been in business? The business owner has 30 years of contract manufacturing experience. CII was established in 1997.
What certifications do you have? We are ISO9000 and AS9100 compliant, UL registered, member of the Wire Harness Manufacturer’s Assoc., member of the Gorge Technology Alliance, SBA certified as a woman owned business and located in a HUB Zone.
What is your standard lead time? Typically we ship product 2-3 weeks after all materials are in house. We also offer long term customers kan-ban stocking programs.
How many employees do you have and how large is your plant? We currently have 22,000 square feet and we employ 95 people.
What are your off-shore capabilities? We have established production relationships with several facilities in China. Samples can be provided in 2-4 weeks and lead time for production runs is 4-6 weeks depending on material availability.
Do you have automated testing? We work with our customers to design appropriate testing that includes continuity, twisted pair, component and high pot testing using the Cabletest Horizon 1500 and Cirris Signature Touch 1.
Do you have an order, material and scheduling management program? Yes, we have a MRP system that manages and provides data on all aspects of material and labor for the work that we perform.
Where are your customers? Although most of our customers are located in the Pacific Northwest, we have customers in every region of the United States.
